It is privately owned by Peter W Heger, incorporated in Hungerford, UK and listed as legal representative at the European Medicines Agency (EMA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Health Rersearch Services GmbH is operating under German commercial Law and allows non-EU sponsors to benefit from the bilateral tax regimens specific for clinical research applicable between Germany and many non-EU countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peter W Heger is Director and Owner of <strong>Health Research Services Ltd.<\/strong> (<strong>HRS Ltd.<\/strong>) and <strong>Health Research Services GmbH<\/strong> (<strong>HRS GmbH<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Heger has a masters degree in business administration (Dipl.-Kfm.) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Medical Biometry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has experience in consulting on the set-up and conduct of clinical trials since 1995 and founded <strong>HRS Ltd.<\/strong> in 2000 and <strong>HRS GmbH<\/strong> in 2008.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peter has eight years software development experience gained in the research-based company BASF AG followed by 10 years as Head of Business Accounting at an ABB public limited company (PLC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has 10 years of experience in e-clinical trial technology conducting more than 20 multi-national clinical trials with more than 600 sites and 15,000 patients.
